Yes, there will be more possible options for Coda under Windows NT line. For right now, there is an alpha distribution for Windows XP. It does not support 2000 or server 2003. This is a binary only "distribution" and in one sense, it is not really a distribution. It is currently userland from the HEAD of the cvs repository. I wasn't going to release it to a larger world yet .... but at Satya's request, I will mention it here. There will be yet another release at the same time there is a more formal release for other platforms. Since this is an alpha release, if you choose to try it I'd like to hear from you even if it was a complete success and there were no problems. It has been tested with service pack 2 and has worked successfully. For right now, it is available in Coda: /coda/coda.cs.cmu.edu/usr/phil/ntcoda-a10.exe Please read everything carefully .... - --Phil - -- Phil Nelson NetBSD: http://www.netbsd.org e-mail: [email protected] Coda: http://www.coda.cs.cmu.edu http://www.cs.wwu.edu/nelson -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (NetBSD) iD8DBQFBQQnPzbodwsP3RI0RAgARAKC0SUTGiRVWhYpoMY3k/8/WeCBybACglz9j 7xY/DUzxjH9gNCUCJb5maFI= =T9TM -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----Received on 2004-09-09 20:59:14
