This is due to the fact that pkgsrc had coda5 in the tree and it didn't build 
on most places.   I'm planning on getting new packages ready for the coda 6.
pkgsrc still has lwp, rvm and rpc2 last time I looked.  

I'm planning on starting updating lwp, rvm and rpc2 soon.
